Financial Aid Notifications Online
Notifications for Financial Aid Tracking Letters and Financial Aid Award Letters are being sent electronically to
students. To access the information every student must have:
All new students (students who have never registered for classes at Kellogg Community College) must complete the Online Admission Application to receive a KRIS User ID and Password and a KCC student email account.
Financial Aid tracking and award notifications will be delivered through the student's KCC email account. The email notification may include links to other websites with pertinent information related to your awards.
The Financial Aid Tracking Letter will be sent to your KCC student email account. Links to required documents will be provided in the email message for easy access. Please print all documents, complete them with required signatures, and submit to the financial aid office. Other documentation may be requested that must also be submitted to the financial aid office to complete your financial aid file for awarding.
To view a listing of documents requested by the Financial Aid office marked "Received" or "Not Received":

- Go to the Web Portal
- Sign onto the Web Portal using your Username and Password
- Select KRIS from the portal menu
- Select KRIS for Students from the KRIS menu
- Under the Financial Aid heading, click on My Documents
- Go to the Web Portal
- Sign onto Web Portal using your Username and Password
- Select KRIS from the portal menu
- Select KRIS for Students from the KRIS menu
- Under the Financial Aid heading, click on Financial Aid Award Letter
- Select the appropriate year from the drop down box
- View your current Financial Aid Award Letter – (if no award letter is available, the message “No Report was produced” will be displayed).
